Sentient Collective is searching for an English/Japanese bilingual digital producer to work closely with our design and development team in order to bring exciting new products to life.

Digital production is a core component to doing so, and in your role at Sentient Collective you will contribute to several parts of this process including production of digital and connected products, client relationship building, brand building, and project planning. You will make the biggest impact by overseeing digital projects to ensure that they make it to market in the best form possible.
Once here you will
Manage end-to-end production of digital projects, including mobile apps, connected products, websites, social media, SEO and email campaigns.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring all digital project are completed within financial constraints.
Maintain production schedule, monitor progress and adjust as necessary; Maintain master calendar of digital projects that outlines deliverable dates and resourcing.
Monitor and track project expenses, providing reports and ensuring financial accountability.
Serve as point of contact for digital agencies, ensuring they meet project timeline and budget requirements.
Serve as in-house expert of technical specs and digital platforms for creative execution.
Act as the agency's knowledge hub for digital project planning, ensuring compliance with channel governance, feasibility assessments, and industry best practices.
Work with digital asset manager to design, organize and oversee digital asset management system for digital content.
Drive innovation and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital technology.
Collaborate with teams both internally and externally to ideate and implement digital solutions for new projects.
Prepare detailed documentation, including intake forms, project plans, requirements, testing protocols, and deployment communications to support creative teams and clients.
Implement and advocate for best practices, continuously innovating processes that keep the team ahead of the competition.
Engage with client senior leadership, offering expertise on advanced project management solutions.
About you
Communication: Strong Japanese and English verbal and written skills are a highly valued. You can clearly and effectively communicate your intent in both Japanese and English.
Experience: 4+ years experience in digital production in a creative consultancy. Experience in collaborating with multiple internal and external organizations.
Collaboration: You are inspired by and thrive working in a team based environment. We require team members to be flexible and open minded, and positivity and constructive criticism are valued over the immediate application of constraints.
Multicultural mindset: You can work flexibly with a multicultural team, and are able to help bridge the gaps between Japanese and other mindsets.
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of best practices in digital production, project management, and integrated marketing.
Strong background in facilitating cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to deliver large-scale, complex digital solutions.
Ability to think creatively, driving long-term, strategic solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing and presenting project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with creative organizations product development teams.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and feasibility in digital channels.
Demonstrated ability to influence and guide senior leadership on innovative business solutions.
